Toby Green has been a drummer for most of his life, with over 5 years of teaching experience. Since the age of 16, he has been gigging and writing with original bands, touring the UK and mainland Europe.
He has both performance and academic experience, holding a College Diploma with Distinction in Music Performance. Toby loves teaching students of all levels and genres, even if you’ve never sat behind a drum kit before.
Toby holds an Enhanced DBS check and currently teaches music lessons in person at Pirate Bristol.
HOURLY RATE: £35 + 50% studio fee (if applicable)
TEACHING: In-person

LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced
SPECIALITIES: Dynamics with control, Moeller technique, and odd timings.

ABOUT THE LESSON
In the initial sessions, Toby will assess your level and technique while getting to know you. Taking an individual approach, he will tailor lessons to focus on what will benefit you the most.
Toby also creates personalised sheets and resources to aid your learning style and progress, ensuring you get the most out of your sessions. His main goal is to expand your drumming vocabulary and boost your confidence behind the kit.
